SOFTWARE PURCHASES AND RETURNS

As you may or not may be aware, software platforms, formats and all of their integration do change very often, sometimes overnight. Although our staff keeps their nose in the grindstone to make sure all product specs are updated, there are changes that are so sudden that might affect you even before it reaches our knowledge. (Even though we request and pretty much demand the most pro-active information level possible from our manufacturers).

Copyright infringement laws do not allow us to accept return any software products after they are shipped, we always suggest that if you do not see the specific software information related to your platform on our website, that you contact the manufacturer in order to get the most accurate information. All software purchases are final.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS (HARDWARE)

Microphones are also non returnable as they are classified as personal items. Opened hardware products are subject to a 25%restocking fee, while unopened products are also subject to our 5% cancellation fee (see bellow under cancellations). You may exchange hardware product(s) within 7 days from the date you receive your order for other equivalent product; exempt of any fees, again, given your product is sealed. You must email Scitscat Music and request a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to shipping your return. Returns without an RMA# will be refused and sent back to you. Defective merchandise can be swapped within 30 days of purchase for another of the exact model type, after that, it must be sent in for warranty repair to the manufacturer.
